In 2010 I was introduced to the camera by way of documenting parties for a friend and his internet radio station, Fresh Radio. One evening at an event I went to the middle of the street and took a picture of the cars coming down the street. At that moment I was introduce to long exposure photography and the meaning of “Once In a Lifetime”.
Being a photographer is the most fulfilling thing I have done. It gives me the opportunity to be the memory for those that may have forgotten the good times. It also has made me a historian by capturing moments like the uprising in Richmond after the murder of George Floyd, and the transition of life from before Corona Virus to our now new normal.
